**Your Impact**

As a Technical Lead at Weel, you’ll play a critical role in our Engineering team, driving key decisions related to project delivery, direction, and quality. You will guide the technical trajectory and provide support to a team of skilled developers.

Balancing hands-on technical expertise with effective people management, this role is ideal for someone passionate about building and nurturing an epic team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to the forefront, bringing together a cross-functional team for maximum impact.

**Skills and more of the day-to-day**
- Experience with Python, React, React Native, Django, AWS
- Leading Engineers - managing their growth and uplifting their capability
- Reviewing stories and/or tech designs, and then code to the task-Pair with other developers for code reviews, training, or just general collaboration on tasks
- Provide feedback on tasks (practicalities, options, time estimates)
- Investigate and resolve complex bugs, manage your team's releases and work with business partners on new integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
