**About the Role**

In collaboration with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead, Clinical Services Team, deliver clinical supervision, support and training to staff across the Community Services and Housing Division (CSH), and the organisational staff as required; and actively contribute to a high clinical standard of staff in the Division.

**This position is a permanent part-time role based in Campbelltown, 3 days a week (22.8 hrs/week) with flexible working arrangements and work from home.**

**About You**
- Qualifications in clinical supervision
- Qualification in Social Work and is eligible for registering with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Experience in providing clinical supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as required
- Highly developed organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to work flexibly and within given timeframes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes
