**Your new company**
Tier 1 client operating more than 20 years as a specialist structural and civil engineering firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane designing and delivering building projects throughout Australia. They have delivered landmark projects based on an innovative and pragmatic approach, and thereby built strong relationships with leading companies in the Australian Property Industry. Your new firm will see you draft and design within commercial, residential, retail, health, defence, transport, education, and hospitality sectors - with over $ 3 billion of construction currently on site

**Your new role**
As a civil drafter/designer with 1-3 years’ experience who can produce designs and meet our clients’ needs. You will be joining an established section with the opportunity to contribute to and influence the growth of our civil engineering business. This role is predominately office based where you will be mentored and supported across varying types of projects. Your experience may include design of roads, drainage, earthworks, and utility coordination.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
- Technical drawing and drafting experience
- Good understanding of AutoCAD
- Experience in producing stormwater drainage, road and pavement designs and documentation
- Enjoy working in teams and autonomously
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong technical skills and a keen willingness to learning
