As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented Senior Civil Draftsperson to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

As a Senior Civil Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality civil drafting outputs across a diverse range of infrastructure and land development projects. You'll lead a team of drafters, oversee documentation standards, and collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role will have national scope, contributing to projects and initiatives across Australia and influencing drafting practices at a strategic level.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in civil drafting within an engineering consultancy environment
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a drafting team
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of local standards and regulations in civil infrastructure and land development
