**The Sebel Busselton**, managed by Accor Vacation Club, sits on the southwest tip of Western Australia. Boasting fantastic beaches and natural wonders from underwater observatories to national parks, Busselton is the place to be. The Sebel Busselton is situated in a short 10 minute walk from the water, featuring charming guest rooms and apartments, resort style swimming pools, gym facilities and tennis courts.

We currently have an opportunity for a** Part Time** **Front Office Receptionist** to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Demonstrated experience within either **Front Office, Reservations**or with **general administration.**:

- **High attention to detail**with **exceptional**verbal and written** communication skills.**:

- A passion for **providing exceptional customer service**and creating memorable moments.
- A demonstrated commitment to **be part of a positive and supportive team.**:

- Experience within the **Hospitality and/or Tourism industry**advantageous.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Provide **friendly, courteous and professional services** to all guests.
- **Manage the guest room inventory and accounts** efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures.
- Attend to **check-in and check-out** of guests in a professional manner.
- **Liaise with other departments** including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with **general enquires** and provide **share your local knowledge** to provide personalised recommendations & insights.
