Receptionist - Maven Dental Busselton

**Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 8:30am to 5:15 pm**

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face for our patients and the key to keeping our front desk running seamlessly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
- D4W experience preferred, not essential.
- Knowledge in HICAPS, DVA and CDBS preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
