Thanks to our continuing growth, we are now on the lookout for a Spare Parts Manager to lead the spare parts division

**About You**

You come from a background where inventory management has been part of your daily routine and you thrive in the fast-paced rhythm of managing stock. Whether it includes identifying the right min-max levels or forecasting stock needs you enjoy diving deep into the analysis of what needs replacing, what’s not moving, and what to do about it.

Thanks to your experience working with technical products, you know how to allocate freight and weight costs and always make sure they arrive on time. You're someone who knows which parts should ship together and what type of freight you should use in order to maintain profitability and manage the landed cost.

What you're looking for is a diverse role where you can hone in on your analytical capabilities and your leadership skills. You enjoy helping people achieve their KPIs and goals, and are also looking for an opportunity to lead and grow a team.

**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to manage and execute profitable spare parts sales working alongside sales and service divisions. Reporting to the Managing Director you'll add significant value through:

- Monitoring and managing the spare parts inventory closely to ensure the correct parts are ordered in a timely fashion and slow-moving stock is strategically shifted accordingly.
- Managing logistics for spare parts by planning the most efficient method and planning booking of freight to ensure timely and safe arrival, balancing the business' bottom line and landed cost with customer expectations.
- Managing spare parts procurement by conducting analysis and reporting on key metrics such as sales, customer feedback, stock and suppliers to establish the right min-max levels.
- Providing support to the spare parts team, ensuring that everyone is able to achieve their KPIs and training on any knowledge gaps.
