Strategic Property Management provides vision, direction and strategic leadership for all property matters for Transport and Main Roads (TMR). We predominantly acquire and manage TMR's property for future infrastructure projects but also look after leases in the eight state boat harbours, rail trails along the rail corridors and commercial opportunities on TMR-owned land.
In the role of Land Transaction Support Officer in the Tenure Management team, Land Transaction Services, you will provide administrative support services to process the documentation associated with the correction of titles following resumption and the acquisition of land from other government agencies.

**Accountabilities include**:

- Prepare land title documents, including survey requests and Amending Taking of Land Notices, for lodgement and registration in the Titles Registry.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate the transfer of land from other government agencies.
- Update, maintain and accurately enter data into the relevant property database systems to ensure the information is captured correctly and in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders (both internal and external to the department).
- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.
- Depending on business requirements you may also be required to perform land transaction duties in other land transaction teams as required.

This position reports to the Principal Advisor (Land Transaction).
