ALH are seeking Managers to join one of our many venues across Northern Perth including:

- Wanneroo Villa Tavern
- Greenwood Hotel
- Carine Glades Tavern
- Saint George Hotel
- Herdsman Lakes Tavern

A talent pool may be created for this position, and position(s) of the same classification for future vacancies.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Manager with ALH

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, bringing a positive can-do attitude
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, recruitment and training, rostering, ordering & stock control, health and safety, resolve disputes/conflicts, and attend to all customer requirements
- Bring your passion for hospitality and lead the team to create a pub experience locals love
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives. Work alongside the venue manager to plan and execute functions, events and key dates

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and bars
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Qualifications for your journey: RSA and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your Approved Manager licence).
