Cook - Indian Cuisine

We operate one of the best fine dining Indian restaurants in Perth. We are in dire need of a full-time cook to join our team and commence work soonest possible.

We are seeking someone who meets the following expectations:

· Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident

· Possesses relevant trade certificate in cookery or equivalent qualification

· Has minimum 3 years' experience as a cook/chef in restaurants specialising in Indian cuisine

· Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills

· Able to work as part of a team and adapt well with the kitchen staff

· Has a passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand

· Experience in preparation of a wide variety of South and North Indian dishes

· Be available for work on most days, including weekends

· Be able to communicate with suppliers to place orders for kitchen supplies

· Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained

· Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure

· Be a team player and has long-term intention to work with us
