At Best Body, we help thousands of women every week feel strong, confident, and empowered - through Reformer Pilates, self-care, and community connection.
We've been operating for the past 15 years in Western Australia, and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's passionate about health, movement, and storytelling - someone who can help new people take their first step toward their Best Body.

The Role
This role blends creative content creation, community engagement, and digital marketing execution - from planning social campaigns and managing influencer collaborations, to running local activations and ensuring all campaigns go live on time.
To begin with you'll work closely with our Founder (Scott) and offshore Marketing Assistant, owning local execution and ensuring our marketing machine consistently delivers new members through the Foundations Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly campaigns that generate Foundations Program sign-ups across all studios
- Capture and coordinate content (photo/video) in-studio and at events
- Manage social media scheduling, email, and SMS campaigns that convert
- Build and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships
- Support new studio launches, open days, and local events
- Track campaign performance and report on new member results
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
You'll Be Great At This If You...
- Are organised, proactive, and love seeing ideas come to life
- Have 2–5 years' experience in marketing, content, or digital coordination
- Know how to turn content into conversions (not just pretty posts)
- Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Canva, or similar tools
- Love health, wellness, and helping people feel better in their bodies
- Communicate clearly, follow through, and take ownership of outcomes
