**About the Role**:
Do you have great communication skills and are ready to develop in a leadership role? Then this is the role for you.
If successful, it’ll be your role is to work alongside clinicians and key stakeholders to coordinate safe, effective, and timely access to care. The team leader is also responsible for triaging referrals, managing clinic schedules, supporting staff and act as a role model to promote evidence-based practice.
Clinic schedules primarily run from Monday to Friday from 0830-1800.
