**About the Role**

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will contribute to identification and implementation of people initiatives that contribute to Councils Employee Value Proposition. Council is embarking on a transformation journey, this newly created position will play a crucial role in supporting this journey through;
- Providing coaching and advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Supporting leaders with coaching and development opportunities
- Provide advice and support on cultural change and engagement programs
- Provide ER and IR advice
- Proactively identify workplace trends and opportunities
