We at Flavorite are seeking a reliable and hands-on **Maintenance Trade Assistant** to support our team in maintaining and servicing farm machinery and infrastructure across our glasshouses and wider property.

The role is based on our **Warragul** site, full-time, Monday - Friday, with on-call responsibilities once every six weeks.

**What will you do**:

- Assist with servicing and routine maintenance of machinery and farm equipment.
- Perform general mechanical repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain trolleys and assist with vent systems inside the glasshouses.
- Support in basic fabrication tasks; welding skills are a bonus but not essential.

**What will you bring**:

- A current driver’s license
- A current forklift license
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- A good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience on a farm (highly preferable)
