Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our Strategy and Organisational Performance Directorate. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Director and contribute to a positive team culture while ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

**About the Role**

As the Executive Assistant - Strategy and Organisational Performance, you will be an integral part of the directorate leadership team. You will support and promote a positive team culture, fostering excellence in customer service.
You will be responsible for receiving enquiries and correspondence on behalf of the Director, initiating and following up on appropriate actions, and preparing and distributing internal and external correspondence. Compiling agendas and minutes for various meetings and maintaining discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information are also key aspects of this role.

To succeed in this role, you will have a Certificate IV or higher in Office Administration or Diploma of Business with relevant experience in similar roles.
Your public sector experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary tasks will be crucial for this position.
