Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Operations Manager based in Whale Beach, NSW. The Venue Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with clients to deliver exceptional experiences. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in venue management, event coordination, and hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems promptly
  • Strong wine knowledge is a plus
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Lead, support, and train high-performing teams
  • Ensure service standards and guest experiences stay exceptional
  • Manage rostering, stock, compliance, and budgets
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems and service delivery
