**Position Responsibilities**

**Key Requirements of this role will be**:

- Telephone Sales
- Processing and Management of Website Sales
- Data Entry
- Computerised Quoting and Invoicing
- Warranty Claim Issues
- Customer relationship building with ongoing customer service
- Utilising organisational and problem-solving skills
- Allocation of stock from multiple warehouses when applicable,
- Arranging transfers of stock from other branches,
- Discussing unloading of goods when applicable, or alternate address to deliver goods
- Checking correct delivery addresses and current account names
- Discussing payment method
- Offering alternative products from website
- Be able to work as a part of a small team
- Have excellent time management skills with exceptional communication skills & great attention to detail.
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player
- Have good Computer Skills, including MS office (Pronto experience highly regarded) Have the ability to build & maintain relationships
