Sirius People is currently working with a company in the manufacturing industry. This role will be working with a friendly, collaborative finance team. This role can be Full-time or 3 days a week and the flexibility to work from home.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be working with a dynamic fun collaborative finance team where you will be responsible for the below duties:
- End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly pay runs - Small runs- Setting up new employees for payroll purposes- Monthly and weekly reporting, also with cost centres- Reconciliations including expense claims- Stakeholder management and building strong relationships- Review and implement process changes to the team

**About you**:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must have Micropay experience- Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong time management and prioritizing skills
