**Job Requirements** You will be the leading hand for a morning/ day shift position in the industrial/food processing cleaning industry. You will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager and ensuring the operational hygiene at our site in Chullura, NSW. - **Shift times are 6am - 2pm**: - **Available to start immediately**: - **Hourly rate $33.38 per hr**: - **Leading hand allowance** between $58.93 - $92.72 per week - **MUST**have experience in the industry & previous supervising/ leading hand experience - **MUST have UNLIMITED Working rights in Australia**: - Paid as per the Cleaning Services Award "MA000022" - You will be liaising with the site manager by providing contingency; mentoring and coaching the cleaners; providing supervision and direction to employees; and ensuring health and safety compliance.
