The Company

With various offices across Australia, this engineering consultancy is growing and expanding their team in Melbourne. As a Civil Designer, you will play a vital role in delivering projects, focusing on civil design in various sectors such as Transport, Defence, and Power/Utilities.
- You will be responsible for preparing 3D models using 12D software and collaborating with senior engineers on technical tasks.
- Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

The Role
- Undertake civil design tasks for multi-discipline projects primarily in the Renewable/Energy/Power industry.
- Utilize 12D software to prepare accurate and detailed 3D models for civil design.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to support various technical tasks and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all design work.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand project objectives and deliverables.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, such as a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or similar.
- Proven experience in civil design, preferably within the Renewable/Energy/Power industry.
- Proficiency in using 12D software for civil design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive approach to learning and keeping up with industry trends and advancements.
