**About the Role**:
As a Principal Civil Designer, you will head our dynamic Melbourne team, overseeing complex and innovative projects across civil, mining, and infrastructure sectors. Your leadership will ensure the strategic design of essential structures like dams and landfills, setting the standards for safety and sustainability.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Leading Design Excellence: Drive cutting-edge solutions in three-dimensional modeling for a broad array of projects. Your expertise will guide the development of detailed engineering models, from conceptualization to construction.
- Strategic Leadership: Direct a team of skilled civil designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Your mentorship will be crucial in developing the next generation of industry leaders.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with key project stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in aligning project goals with innovative design solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Team Development: Cultivate an exceptional team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth. Your guidance will help young professionals excel and advance within the firm.

**About You**:

- Advanced Qualifications: A Degree or higher in Civil Design or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams. Your ability to inspire and guide others is key to your role.
