**The Opportunity**

Our client is one of Australia’s pre-eminent commercial property management firms based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with an expanding network of offices and offering the opportunity to work from the CBD or Western Suburbs. **The Role**

This role is for a Commercial Property Manager who is confident in their skill set and have successfully managed commercial, retail and industrial property for a minimum of 3 years. The portfolio will be tailored to your experience but consists of some large well known tenancies, this is an established portfolio that has been well maintained. This role is heavily relationship based as the clients are long term investors.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Managing a tailored portfolio of commercial properties and assist in the generation of additional revenue streams
- Have a full understanding of the Retail Leases Act 2003
- Review all rents on an annual basis, with all Market reviews to be authorized by the Head of Department
- Ensure option letters and renewal of lease letters are sent as per the requirements of legislation
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, customers, and contractors.
- Minimise rental arrears of the managed portfolio
- Attend to all maintenance issues in a timely and cost efficient manner, communicating with all parties
- Ensure all supporting documents, e.g. leases / disclosure statements are in place
- Other duties as may be required by the Directors

**About You**
- Strong Commercial Property Management (2-3+ years)
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Professional Presentation
