- Current Real Estate Certification and drivers licence
- Valid Police Check
- Positive attitude is essential, previous sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets
- Be able to work independently and contribute to the teams success
- The ability to work to realistic targets, meet KPI's and have sound lead generation skills.
- Professional presentation
- Strong ability to focus on results and time management.
- The ability to work in and contribute to a positive and nurturing office culture

**You will receive**:

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate Certificate or Licence (required)
- Victorian Drivers Licence (required)
