**Coordinator, Facilities and Security (non-ongoing for 6 weeks)**:

- A great opportunity in an interesting, busy corporate role
- Support the maintenance of the Library's heritage listed building
- 6 week opportunity

You will be the primary customer service contact for employees and contractors regarding maintenance services and requests through the maintenance ticketing system.

Support the Environment Network and coordinate the Library sustainability initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the maintenance obligations of the Library's Commonwealth Heritage list building including supporting the Conservation Management Plan, Heritage Strategy and oversight of the heritage furniture collection.

It is desirable if you have experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders and contract management.
