**Your new company**:
You will be working a well-known retail brand who make advanced, state-of-the-art home appliances and accessories that aim to make life easier.

**Your new role**:
This role will lead in the strategic development and delivery of social media content, activities, and projects across multiple channels for the brands across Australia and New Zealand. This role includes the development of social media content plans, the development, scheduling and posting of organic social media content, and the delivery of weekly reporting and content optimisation.

This role does not have any direct reports, yet you will be working very closely with the internal teams and external stakeholders. The ability to work and communicate with a variety people and stakeholders is paramount to delivering success in this role and for the organisation.

Strategy
- Assist in the development of the Seasonal Editorial Plan
- Develop social media content plans aligned with business goals for each brand
- Develop Consultant Social Media Calendar
- Report on key performance indicators with recommendations for optimisation
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and ensure the brands channels leverage these

Content
- Develop, schedule and post organic social media content
- Ensure content is on-brand and engaging
- Ensure content is aligned with campaigns, EDMs and other content across the team
- Optimise content based on KPI reports
- Assist in the management of the social shops
- Brief and manage the creative agency for organic social-led campaigns
- Provide support for video content development when required

Community Management
- Manage the Social Media Escalation process
- Support in community management and engagement, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring reviews, including out of hours as required
- Manage Social Media FAQs to ensure relevance and accuracy of community management

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Have at least 4 years of social media experience growing and managing online channels & communities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn++
- Have experience managing paid social media campaigns either agency-side or client-side
- Be strategically minded
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be passionate about the brand
- Have the ability to think outside the box and bring new and creative ideas to the table
- Have demonstrated experience in previous social media and content management (examples of work or portfolio will be required)
- A strong multitasker who can maintain social media and content calendars across connected programs and brand campaigns
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in all social media platforms and strategy
- Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders - internally and externally
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Public Relations

You must be positive, energetic, be passionate about the brand and ready to jump into the role. You will need to switched-on and dedicated to making an impact, while being able to drive the business through an engaged community.
