**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about social media and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic marketing team? HBF is seeking an all-round Social Media Consultant to join our Social and Content team. This role is designed to support our brand strategy and broader business objectives by establishing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy. You will be hands-on in planning, implementing, optimising, and measuring our social media portfolio.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and deliver an integrated social media plan that leverages multiple networks to engage with HBF members.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to implement and measure data-driven and targeted messages across HBF’s social media channels.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the HBF brand (tone, style, design) across all social channels.
- Utilise insights and trends to support the development of integrated digital media campaigns that reach HBF’s target audiences with contextually relevant messages.
- Track, report, and analyse the impact of social media activity on website analytics, supporting ongoing performance improvement and optimisation.
- Liaise with go-to-market teams and agencies to create a social media roadmap that complements the always-on digital media program.
