Quarry Operator Lysterfield

Hanson is one of Australia's leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations across Australia. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic **Quarry Operator** to join the team at our **Lysterfield Quarry** in VIC, approx. 40 mins drive, Southeast of Melbourne CBD.

This is a full-time position with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Carry out day to day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Perform general labour activities including cleaning, hosing and shovelling

- Excavator/Front End Loader/Dump truck ticket is advantageous
- Experience in either Quarrying or Mining
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

**What we offer**:

- $31.44 - $33.03/hour pending experience/qualifications, plus penalty rates, plus super
- Monday - Friday 5:45am - 4:00pm + OT as needed, plus Saturday morning shifts
