**THE ROLE**

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Previous recruitment experience within the blue sector.
- Experience with volume Rostering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - assisting in developing both internal and external relationships.
- Strong time management and organisational skills - able to work under a pressurised and fast paced environment and multi-task.
- Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems.
- Team player who is focused on delivering the end result.
