Our team is looking focused individual wanting to start their career in real estate and step into our Property Officer role. With training provided by our agency, it is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the many aspects of real estate. The position is open to both existing property officers and those with no experience wanting to learn a new career.

**Responsibilities**

This position involves working in our Leasing and sales departments and includes
- conducting open-inspections
- Showing prospective tenants properties for lease
- Feedback to Property managers
- Arranging tenancy appointments
- Preparing In-going and outgoing reports
- Follow up and phone calls
- Checking and sorting keys
- Erecting For Lease signs

This role is exceptionally busy and only suits applicants who have excellent communication and time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or license (preferred)
- A current driver's licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and PC software
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, positive and possesses a strong work ethic

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Real Estate License (required)
