**Purpose of role**
The workforce consultant is responsible for the managing the promotion, on-boarding, and development of all field contract opportunities in the BSA Communications and Utility Infrastructure division. The workforce consultant works alongside a range of internal and external suppliers and clients to ensure timely provision of resources into the field for our blue-chip client base.
The purpose of this role is to deliver field ready contractors to the BSA Field Operation in a timely manner. This includes keeping a resource pipeline, organising inductions and training activities and stimulating action from other BSA departments to ensure contractors are delivered in accordance with resource targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collation of Expressions of Interest of prospective contractors into the resource pipeline
- Ensure prospective field resources are delivered through the pipeline to meet forward estimates of BSA and clients
- Application processes are followed for all external accreditations that require BSA or client sign off
- Timely reporting and updates regarding the progress of promotion and onboarding activities for new contractors
- Preparation and distribution of welcome packs to new contractors
- Placement of EOI adverts into relevant channels
- Provide guidance to new contractors to support them in their onboarding
- Uphold the BSA Values and Behaviours
- Take reasonable care to prevent injuries to self and others
**Qualities and skills you will need**:
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in client or supplier facing roles
- Ability to manage your workload - prioritising and multitasking like a champion
- Excellent approach to problem solving
- Experience working to deadlines
