**The role**:
The Customer Service Assistant will work within our Customer Service Team to provide exceptional service to management, co-workers, and our customers.

**About you**:

- You will have experience in a customer service
- An eager approach to completing tasks and learning
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly
- The ability to work independently, as well as within a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and professionalism
- Process orders, credits, and a range of other administrative tasks
- Follow up with customers regarding orders
- Arrange freight collections
- Assist other team members where required with admin and ad hoc tasks

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
