Our client is in a booming industry and need more telephone sales representatives to attend to their large amount of warm leads.

If you have the talent and know how to convert leads to sales and love a fast paced, small call centre environment then read on.

**The role**:
Utilising the company's marketing, warm leads are generated and your role will be to make outbound calls to these and convert them to sales. With achievable targets, you shouldn't have to do any cold calling. However if you aren't reaching targets, you will be shown how to develop your own pipeline of warm leads.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided
- Close sales deals
- Liaise with inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Build rapport with customers
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities
- Provide product information and pricing details
- Customer follow ups
- Process sales orders and invoices

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated experience in a telephone or telemarketing sales role
- Confident, friendly and polite telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skillset
- Ability and know how to close a deal
- Proficient in MS Office suite, and CRM's
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Thrive in a fast paced environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
