**The Opportunity**:
As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and promoting our much-loved beverage portfolio. This role sits within our **Soft-Drink division** and is part of our regional NSW sales team. Your territory will cover Port Macquarie and surrounding suburbs.This is a highly autonomous role, with most of your time spent on the road, working directly with customers. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential, as you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, implementing category initiatives, and seeking out new opportunities to bring our brands to life.At the same time, you’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team where you can truly unleash your spirit - driving results while contributing to our shared success.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your designated territory.
- Promote and upsell the **soft-drink** Suntory product range to existing and new customers.
- Execute territory coverage plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
- Implement category management initiatives including planograms and space-to-sales compliance.
- Manage Suntory refrigeration placement based on ROI and customer needs.
- Pre-sell and execute all national and state-based promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Field Managers, Sales Managers, Logistics, and Customer Service.
