**Bartender** - Garum Restaurant by Grossi

**Guy Grossi’s GARUM **is an inspiration of ancient Roman cooking, traditions and culture with contemporary consideration bringing a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct. The Grossi family is a genuine family of restaurateurs with a generational commitment to the industry and its people.

Garum is seeking a creative bartender with a passion to develop and grow within the exciting hospitality world under the guidance and influence of Grossi and The Westin. This role is casual and will support our busy days.

Position Summary:

- Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Support the bar team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Adhere to RSA guidelines at all times
