The hospitality precinct has become one of The City's favourite meeting places presenting a variety of food and beverage offerings to include; Post, Wildflower, Petition Beer Corner, Petition Kitchen, Petition Wine Merchant and Long Chim.

The Opportunity

Wildflower is seeking an exceptional casual bartender to join the front-of-house team for an immediate start.

We're particularly interested in bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge and mixology experience, who take pride in crafting refined and creative drinks that elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, with a focus on cocktail creation and presentation
  • Delivering warm, customer-focused service in line with the Wildflower experience
  • Adhering to company work health and safety policies and procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-end hospitality venue
  • Strong cocktail and bar service experience (cocktail bartenders highly desirable)
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, memorable service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • A valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
