**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a professional Sommelier and service legend to join the amazing team at Shell House Sydney. You will have beverage program management skill, a commitment to quality and a passion for true hospitality.

Shell House is a multi outlet venue, offering something truly unique in the heart of the CBD. Our venue includes our 2-hat Dining Room & Terrace, the Menzies Bar & Bistro, and also the rooftop Sky Bar.

**THE VENUE**
Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design that has a lively and engaging atmosphere.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have had at least 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable restaurant and/or multi outlet setting.
- Formal qualifications in wine and beverage will be highly regarded.
- Your are agile and adaptable in your approach to work.
- You have a sound understanding of the hospitality industry, but are also one at the vanguard of the industry's future.
- You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver and authentically excellent guest experience.
