**A bit about the role;**
- Monday to Friday position - enjoy a balanced workweek
- Allocated admin day - stay on top of stock and inventory, collaborate with our Group Sommelier on ideas, activations, and planning
- Play a key role in new venues - as Applejack grows, contribute to developing wine lists for upcoming venues, potentially progressing into a multi-site sommelier role
- Grow your knowledge - attend industry tastings, events, and pursue extracurricular development opportunities
- Creative control - take ownership of the wine menu, from design to management and regular updates
- Lead education within the team - organise supplier tastings, offer pairing suggestions for our dishes, and share new favourites with the team
- Be an integral part of the front-of-house team - assist with service, including running food, clearing tables, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Salary: From $80,000 + super + tips
