**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team for a **12-month fixed term contract** to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be based at our Broadmeadows site.

This office based role will report to the **Senior Manager, Site Logistics and Warehousing**. You will be responsible for the organization and provision of all general office tasks associated with the daily running of Logistics.

**The Role**:

- Receipt direct and indirect materials within the inventory management system and ensure Purchase Order non-conformances are documented
- Upload information relating to inbound plasma deliveries within LOGIC/SAP
- Co-ordinate time slot for both raw materials and plasma bookings of selected vendors within agreed metrics
- Manage waste collection bookings
- Help with coordination and management of inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses
- Help with data collection and reporting of Logistic KPI's

**Your skills and experience**:

- VEC or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with Inventory Management systems (SAP preferable)
- Capable to work on complex problems
- Customer services skills
- Effective organisational skills
