**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Reporting, this role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual with a strong customer service lens to join the Accounting and Finance team during a significant period of change.

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Management of all fortnightly NDIA and customer Invoicing;
- Administration of the customer management system and supporting the set-up of financial information for billing purposes;
- Ensure process for revenue recognition system and process functions are working correctly within business requirements;
- Liaise with system administrators where required to ensure timely corrections and/or system improvements are developed;
- Drive the credit control and receivables process and month-end debtor reporting including bad debt provision calculation;
- Be the key business contact for all invoicing and the NDIS portal (PRODA);
- Partner with operational teams to support, educate and troubleshoot issues;
- Process & business improvement & provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Finance;
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Strong systems skillset;
- Self-starter with a proactive nature and a “can-do” mindset;
- Confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding finance queries;
- Creative and solution-focused approach to problem solving, with the ability to use initiative;
- Advanced computer literacy skills in particular MS Excel;
- Experience in NetSuite would be an advantage.
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
