**DUTIES**
- Deliver professional, welcoming, and outstanding service by supervising and training team members.
- Lead by example through personal involvement in service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations across the venue’s bar, kitchen, and floor areas.
- Assist in planning and delivering promotional activities and venue events.
- Conduct accurate cash and stock reconciliations, maintaining security of venue assets.
- Foster a positive, engaging team environment through feedback, coaching, and communication.
- Oversee venue presentation standards and implement improvements as needed.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

**YOU**
- Minimum 12 months experience in a hospitality management position.
- Knowledge of bar, kitchen, and venue operations.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Approved Managers Card
- WA RSA

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
