**The Venue - Fremantle**

We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week from 8am - late
- The Old Synagogue_ is a fast-paced multifaceted hospitality precinct, comprising of; 

**The Arbor **- a 300+ seat gastropub over three levels, hosting steak night, quiz night, happy hour and a focus on speed service and basic drinks done well. + DJs & party vibes all night with weekend 1am close.

**L’Chaim** - 50 seat dedicated cocktail bar and hidden speakeasy with live music and an atmosphere like no other... 

**Tonic + Ginger **- a busy 120 seat modern Asian restaurant with a strong beverage program of wines, beer, sake, top-shelf spirits, Asian inspired cocktails & highballs. 

**Mr Chapple** - 90 seat, Café by day & crafty bar by night with rooftop setting and an epic backbar.

**About the role **
- Duty Manager_; We are looking for a career hospo individual with experience in running bars & restaurants, staff management, customer service & conflict management.

This is an all-over/all-rounder position ensuring the smooth service of all venues under the one ‘roof’ - every shift is different in this fun, young team.

Predominately evening role/closes with weekends required, possibility for FT or casual to be discussed. This position is working closely with an existing team to achieve the best results from all 

**About you**

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or senior supervisor 

Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are in line for smooth service and a memorable guest experience

A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed

Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation with performance management and mentoring as required

A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team

Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability with evenings & weekends. 

Must have a current WA RSA certificate, Approved Managers card and full Australian working rights

An ability to train and nurture staff is critical to ensure longevity

Attention to detail is also important, an almost obsession with all touchpoints of the visitor experience as it relates to the venue experience, with the pro-active nature required to make improvements as necessary.

Pay: $73,500.00 - $78,000.00 per year
