**About the Role**:
CDC is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated Document Controller to join their team at the main office at Seven Hills.

This is an ongoing full-time opportunity reporting to the General Manager, Customer Experience and is responsible for the management and integrity of the Document Management System and for internal communication of key Health & Safety policies, alerts and activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Document policies and procedures into Promapp and then publish on company channels
- Assist in obtaining ISO accreditation
- Support the adoption of Sharepoint across the business
- Document and monitor business processes, metrics and operating procedures to improve document quality.
- Support the implementation of internal Health & Safety and staff engagement campaigns
- Maintain, support and action the Internal Health & Safety communications plan.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in developing process documentation, policies and procedures
- Knowledge in the development and implementation of Promapp processes highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in project management and quality control
- Experience in supporting quality audits is highly regarded
- A positive and motivated team player with strong internal stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Well organised, detail oriented with attention to accuracy

**Qualification and accreditations**:

- Excellent Microsoft Word skills & intermediate skills of other Office products
