We are currently looking for a NV1 Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be overseeing a range of T&E activities for cutting edge Defence cyber technologies. A strong Defence background in T&E, a background in project management, as well as relevant qualifications will ensure your success in this role.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Analyse test results and Report Test outcomes to Program Management Office (PMO) staff in a timely manner
- Deploy and manage Test Team resources during Test events
- Assist Engineers in preparation and updating of the Engineering Management System
- Update Test Management Plan as Required
- Liaise with End User groups for Test & Evaluation activities and Requirements V&V
- Coach and mentor junior staff members

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (e.g. degree, diploma or Cert IV) in Engineering, IT, Test and Evaluation or a related discipline
- Qualifications in Agile Project Management desirable
- Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) experience, and Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E) in the Defence environment
- IT Project Management
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to a NV1 clearance if required
