Based at our Leongatha Campus, Gippsland Southern Health Service is looking for a suitably qualifed RN to work 0.10 as Chest Pain Pilot Project Leader. The successful applicant will be required to manage the Chest Pain Pain Pilot Project which will support Urgent Care Centres to ensure that regional Victorians can consistently access timely electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation and specialist input for the triaging and management of chest pain closer to home. This timely access to specialist advice aims to prevent delays in diagnosis, ensure timely escalation of care if required and reduce potentially avoidable patient transfers.**About You**
- Proven ability to plan and manage projects effectively.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Demonstrated capacity to engage with and motivate staff at all levels with the ability to negotiate and support positive change management.
- High level communication skills, verbal and written, time management and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of all relevant Standards and Guidelines in relation to health care.
- Tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse or other relevant qualification.
- Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.- **Selection Criteria**
