Job Description

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Service Supervisor** to lead our team of Field Technicians and apprentices at our Horningsea Park Branch. This is a challenging and dynamic leadership role within a growing company. We offer competitive remuneration and a supportive environment where your leadership can make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
- Drive excellence in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every level.
- Manage team resourcing and monitor individual and team performance to meet operational goals.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance during peak workload periods to maintain productivity and quality.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders by sharing your technical expertise.
- Ensure all job-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including timesheets, service reports, and other documentation.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.

**About You**:

- Trade qualification in a mechanical field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A collaborative team player who exemplifies and promotes the Company’s Values & Behaviours.
- OEM experience is highly desirable but not essential.
