**Client Success Operations Coordinator**

Areas of Responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis of internal data to assist the Client Success Team develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for the promotion of Emarsys products and the management of our customer accounts

Independent creation of marketing analyses and reports for customer meetings, to encourage the retention of existing customers and the attainment of new clients.

Preparing marketing materials and proposals to assist on quarterly business review presentation

Salesforce CRM operational maintenance and hygiene

Work in and with our B2C Marketing Software - campaign + automation production

Conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys (Net Promotor Score
- NPS calls) regularly to existing clients to collect feedback and assist in renewals processes.

Manage client tickets that involve the delivery of services including SMS campaigns, template edits, and campaign testing

Assist in organizing marketing events e.g. Evolution, Client Dinners, Webinars, Awards (ORIAS, NORA, Which 50)

Assist in content production for case studies and press releases

Assist in social media marketing

Online research of information, e.g. market analysis, benchmarking, etc.
