**Responsibilities**:
DB Results is growing and we are looking to engage an Application Support Specialist / Systems Analyst for our Managed Services team. - 12+ months contract with a possibility for extension or conversion to permanent

At DB Results, we believe our greatest assets are our people. We deliver digital solutions and business consulting within Financial Services, Government, Healthcare and Utilities sectors, employing approx. 500 specialists across Australia, Asia and the USA.

We are keen to hire an experienced Application Support Specialist / Systems Analyst with strong SQL skills and good knowledge of the utilities sector. You will be supporting enterprise wide CRM and billing with a possible support of other customers.

Key aspects of the role may include:

- Provision of SQL Reporting to the business
- Investigation and resolution of support tickets
- Stakeholder management

To be successful you will have:

- Good knowledge of the utilities sector with exposure to CRM and Billing systems
- Strong SQL skills
- Previous Gentrack experience is not a must but highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and positive 'can-do' attitude
- Outstanding communication and customer services skills
- Structured thinking with the ability to problem solve
