**What is the Mad Mex Graduate Program;**

Our Graduate Program is designed to fast track the future leaders of Mad Mex. As part of our Graduate program, you will commence your career in a full time position of Luchador, Senior Luchador, Supervisor and then graduate as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager within Mad Mex where you will be placed in one of our restaurants to manage.

You will also graduate with a Nationally recognised qualification including a Certificate III in Hospitality, have completed the Mad Mex Leadership Program and graduate with some great friends and life experiences. Once you complete your graduation, you will be eligible for a Full Time Assistant Manager or Business Manager.

**To be eligible for the graduate program, you need to meet the following criteria**:

- Be an Australia Resident
- Have no prior Certificate III or above qualifications
- Dedicated to complete the Certificate III
- Ability to use computer programs
- Commit to the program duration of 18 months
- Commit to Full Time (38 hours per week) for the duration of the program where 4 hours would be dedicated to your online studies each month
