HamiltonJet is a world leader in the design and manufacture of integrated water propulsion units and hydraulic and electronic vessel control systems.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our distributorship in Western Australia. Based in Bibra Lake, 20 minutes south of Perth, this role is responsible for leading a team to provide electrical and mechanical support to all customers, distributors and service agents across Western Australia and further afield.

Reporting to the Global Sales and Marketing Manager, this role involves scheduling commissioning, service and maintenance work as well as emergency breakdown support as required. The role will specifically support customers and the distributor network throughout Western Australia for all their technical enquiries and training requirements. The role also involves the sale and stocking of spare parts to Western Australia and Northern Territories. Travelling will be required and in some instances travel will be required at short notice.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Leadership experience.
- A high level of knowledge and 5+ years of experience with integrated water propulsion units hydraulics and mechanical controls as well as electronic controls. A qualification in a mechanical or electronic discipline, with a high level of competence.
- Advanced fault finding skills and use of initiative to problem solve in sometimes challenging situations.
- To be responsive and highly customer focused.
- To have proven time management skills and attention to detail.
- To have excellent communication skills and be proactive and flexible.
- Knowledge of the HamiltonJet waterjet product range is preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 per year
