**As a Service Delivery Officer, you will**:

- Deliver end-to-end transactional processing for QSS customers with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, adhering to the appropriate legislation and frameworks, operating to key standards.
- Monitor and prioritise work queues to ensure that work is completed within agreed service levels.
- Identify and resolve issues and errors within the transactional processing process.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, and escalate issues as required.
- Work collaboratively within the organisation to ensure a seamless service delivery experience and support team members and other teams where volumes exceed capacity.
- Continuously review and improve transactional processing procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
